Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

AlifBay OneLinkShop has no login or account system, so we only collect what's needed to run your product link or process an order:

From sellers, when you create or edit a product link:

• Your name or brand name, WhatsApp number, and email (optional)
• Your UPI ID and the name on that account, used to send you payouts
• Product details — name, description, price, stock, and image links (images are linked by URL you provide, e.g. from Google Photos or Imgur; we don't host image uploads directly)

From buyers, when you place an order:

• Your name, phone number, and optional email
• Delivery address and any order notes you enter
• Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay — we receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your card, UPI app, or banking credentials

2. How we use it

• To create and display your product page, and to let sellers manage it via their private dashboard link
• To pass buyer order details (name, phone, address, note) to the seller so they can fulfil the order
• To calculate and send seller payouts to the UPI ID provided
• To send order/payment confirmations and, where relevant, respond to support requests
• Basic, aggregated page-view analytics via Google Analytics, only when the site owner has enabled it — this does not include buyer payment details

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored in a MongoDB database operated on our behalf. Payment data (card/UPI/net-banking details) is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely within Razorpay's PCI-compliant checkout.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with Razorpay to process payments and payouts, and between buyer and seller for the specific order placed. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising targeting outside of standard, aggregated Google Analytics reporting.

5. Your dashboard link

Because there's no password login, your private dashboard link is effectively your access key. Treat it like a password — don't share it publicly. If you believe your dashboard link has been exposed, contact us and we'll help you secure your listing.

6. How long we keep data

Seller listings and order records are kept for as long as the product link is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your seller data by contacting us, subject to any records we're required to retain by law (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes).

7. Your choices

You can edit or pause your product listing at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, email us using the contact below.
