1. What AlifBay OneLinkShop is

AlifBay OneLinkShop ("we", "us", "the platform") lets a seller create a single shareable page for one product and accept payments online. We are a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers and processes payment through our payment partner, Razorpay — we are not the manufacturer, owner, or seller of the products listed. Each product page is created and managed entirely by the individual seller who lists it.

2. Sellers

By creating a product link, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to sell the product listed, and the listing (title, description, images, price, stock) is accurate.
• You will fulfil orders you accept — deliver the product or service described, in the condition and timeframe implied by your listing.
• You are responsible for any taxes (including GST, where applicable) on your sales. AlifBay OneLinkShop does not calculate, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf.
• You will not list anything illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• The UPI ID and payout details you provide are yours and correct — payouts are sent exactly as entered, and we are not responsible for payouts sent to an incorrect UPI ID you supplied.

We may pause or remove a product link at our discretion if it violates these terms, Razorpay's acceptable use policy, or applicable law.

3. Buyers

When you pay for a product through AlifBay OneLinkShop, your contract of sale is with the seller, not with AlifBay OneLinkShop. We facilitate the payment and pass on the order details (name, phone, address, note) to the seller so they can fulfil your order. Delivery timelines, product quality, and after-sale support are the seller's responsibility — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how disputes are handled.

4. Plans, fees and payouts

Sellers can use AlifBay OneLinkShop on the Free plan or upgrade to Pro. Current pricing and the platform transaction fee deducted from each sale are shown on the homepage and in your dashboard at the time of sale. The platform fee is deducted before payout and covers payment processing and platform costs — it is not refundable, including on orders that are later cancelled or refunded by the seller (see our refund policy). Pro plan subscription charges are billed in advance and are also non-refundable once the billing period has started.

5. No accounts, no passwords

AlifBay OneLinkShop does not use logins or passwords. Sellers manage their listing through a private "dashboard" link generated when the product is created. You are responsible for keeping this link private — anyone who has it can edit your listing and see your orders. If you lose your dashboard link, contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy and we'll help you recover access after verifying you're the seller.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI app, or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure checkout. By paying through AlifBay OneLinkShop you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms as the payment processor.

7. Limitation of liability

AlifBay OneLinkShop is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product defects, delivery issues, or losses arising from a seller's or buyer's use of the platform. Our liability for any issue directly caused by the platform itself is limited to the platform fee we collected on the relevant order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of AlifBay OneLinkShop after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to fees will be reflected on the homepage and in seller dashboards before they take effect on new orders.
