Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Orders are between you and the seller

Every product on AlifBay OneLinkShop is listed and fulfilled by an independent seller — not by AlifBay OneLinkShop itself. That means refunds, replacements, and cancellations for a product purchase are handled directly by the seller you bought from, using the WhatsApp contact shown on their product page.

2. If you want a refund or cancellation

  1. Contact the seller first, using the "Ask a question" WhatsApp link on the product page — most issues (wrong item, damaged delivery, change of mind before dispatch) are resolved directly with the seller.
  2. If the seller agrees to a refund, they arrange it with you directly — this may be a UPI transfer back to you, a replacement, or store credit, depending on what you agree.
  3. If a seller is unresponsive for more than 5 business days, or you believe you've been misled, email us at support@alifbay.in with your order details (product name, order date, phone number used) and we'll step in to help mediate.

3. Cancelling before dispatch

If you want to cancel an order before the seller has shipped or started work on it, contact the seller as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Sellers are encouraged to cancel and refund promptly when a buyer reaches out before fulfilment has started, but the final decision and refund method rest with the seller.

4. Platform fee

AlifBay OneLinkShop's platform transaction fee (deducted from the sale amount before payout to the seller) is a charge for payment processing and platform services already rendered at the time of sale. It is non-refundable, even when the seller refunds the buyer for the underlying product. Sellers should factor this in when agreeing to refund a buyer directly.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, or you're charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, email us with the payment reference and we'll investigate with Razorpay and arrange a refund of the erroneous charge — this is separate from a product refund and is handled by us directly, typically within 5–7 business days once confirmed.

6. Pro plan subscription

Seller Pro plan subscription payments (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can stop future renewals at any time from your dashboard; you'll keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.
